Before diving into a 3D character, I like to explore ideas in 2D, gathering references, experimenting with shapes and visual atmospheres to better understand the essence of the concept. In this case, I started with inspiration from desert peoples, but with a fantasy and sci-fi twist: I imagined a wandering bounty hunter, a survivor in a post-apocalyptic world devastated by extreme technological advances.
In this universe, the human body has become easily modifiable, with replaceable limbs and fusions between machine and nervous system, something that echoes the world of Cyberpunk 2077. I tend to gravitate toward female forms because they allow me to explore contrasts: strength and vulnerability, elegance and danger. The character carries a precision weapon, a symbol of her strategy and survival, she watches from a distance, chooses her targets carefully, and survives because she thinks before she acts.
This concept will later be developed in 3D. The vehicle is already in sketch stage in ZBrush, designed as a fast mode of transport, essential for crossing the vast arid stretches of this desert world. The aim is to bring both mobility and a strong visual identity to the ensemble.
